ABSTRACT
Expanding numbers of cochlear implantees and clincs have brought various issues in managing cochlear implant programs. One of the critical issues was the failure of cochlear implant devices and related audiologists need to manage individual cases properly. These device failures could potentially damage both audiological performance and psychological status. In this report, three followup cases of cochlear implant were reviewed for proper intervention and management as general guidelines for similar problems.
